Every way to put money in and take it out, what verification is needed, and how long each one takes.
Putting money in
The minimum deposit is R30. Note that the welcome match needs R50 or more — those are two different numbers, and depositing R30 won't trigger the bonus.

Deposits land in the club you made them from.
Capitec Pay isn't available at every club. If you don't see it, your club uses the other methods above — card, Instant EFT and OTT vouchers work everywhere.
Taking money out
Before your first withdrawal you must complete FICA verification. This is South African law, not a house rule — every licensed operator has the same requirement.
You'll need:
- A clear photo of your ID document
- Proof of your bank account, in your own name
The bank account must be in your name. We can't pay into someone else's account — not a partner's, not a parent's. If the name on the account doesn't match the name on your ID, the withdrawal is refused. This catches people out, so it's worth sorting before you play.
How long it takes
Once you're verified and your account is on file, withdrawals are processed during the day, usually within 5 to 30 minutes.
Our payout window runs until 22:00. Request a withdrawal after that and it's processed the following day. Bank clearing times then apply on top, and those vary by bank.
Requesting at 21:00 usually means money the same evening. Requesting at 23:00 means the next day — worth knowing if you're cashing out late.
Why a withdrawal can be held
Honestly, so you're not surprised:
- FICA not complete — the most common reason by far
- Bank account not yet verified, or the name doesn't match your ID
- An active bonus still being wagered — bonus funds can't be withdrawn until wagering is finished. See our bonus guide
- A routine security check on an unusually large payout

One account per person
You're welcome to play at several of the thirteen clubs, and many players do. But it's one account per person per club, verified against your ID. Multiple accounts in different names, or an account in someone else's name, will be closed.
Staying in control
Deposit limits and time-outs are in your account settings. If gambling has stopped being fun, self-exclusion is there too and takes effect immediately.
